Fontainebleau is returning its popular “Taste of Fontainebleau” dining series.
Available through September 1, three-course prix fixe menus are offered at seven of the resort’s restaurants:
- Chyna Club 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday for $90 per person
- Don’s Prime 5 to 6:30 p.m. nightly for $105 per person with optional $65 wine pairing
- Komodo 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday for $75 per person
- La Fontaine 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday through Monday for $65 per person
- The Tavern 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday for $55 per person
- Vida 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily for $45 per person
- Washing Potato noon to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday for $50 per person

Las Vegas Pizza Festival — November 15
If pizza is your favorite food group, you’ll want to take note of the 5th annual Las Vegas Pizza Festival. Although it’s months away, VIP tickets sell out each year and ticket tier prices go up as sales increase, so it’s definitely time to get the word out.
Held at The Industrial Event Space at 2330 Industrial Road from 1-4 p.m., the event offers unlimited samples of Detroit, Sicilian, New York, and a dozen other unique styles of pizza from more than 20 of the city’s finest pizzaiolos. This year’s lineup includes John Arena (Metro Pizza), Tony Gemignani (Pizza Rock), Ricky Lewis and Ryan Perras (Rebellion Pizza), Giovanni Mauro (Old School Pizzeria), James Trees (Esther’s Kitchen) and Alex White and Dani White (Yukon Pizza).
The VIP experience includes one-hour early access at 12 p.m. and access to the VIP lounge with private climate-controlled restrooms, complimentary craft beer from local CraftHaus Brewery, seating, a commemorative tasting glass, live entertainment and additional culinary bites from Chef Gina Marinelli (La Strega/Harlø Steakhouse & Bar), Erica Bell (ØØ Pie & Pub) and the team at Fine Company.

LPM Prix Fixe Lounge Menu
LPM Restaurant & Bar at The Cosmopolitan is offering a prix fixe menu priced at $45 per person, available in the bar and lounge.
The menu includes:
- choice of Burrata Tartine with fresh tomatoes and basil, Beef Skewers with sweet harissa and shallots, Prawn Skewers marinated in chili and honey, or Puff Escargots with garlic butter and puff pastry
- Mushroom Rigatoni with seasonal mushrooms in a cream and chives sauce, Grilled Chicken marinated with lemon and green chili, Chilean Seabass topped with olive relish and lemon confit or Charcoal Grilled Skirt Steak (+$10) with au poivre sauce
- Homemade Selection of Sorbets
Seating at the bar is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations for the lounge can be made online at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
