Last Chance for Our Phat Pack Cruise

There was a movie a few years ago titled: "We Bought a Zoo." It starred Matt Damon and it told the story of a family that purchased a working zoo and all their trials and tribulations.
 
Nearly 30 years ago, Sharon and I bought a travel agency. And to say we really didn't know that much about the travel business would be an understatement. We certainly had our trials and tribulations.
 
One of our challenges was to build the business and client base. Every cruise line and tour operator told us that the best way to build our business was by developing groups. That's the "ticket" we were told.
