Hayworth is named for the L.A. street Reznik lived on when his first child was born, while the menu represents a personal and elevated expression of his Eastern European and Jewish heritage. Menu highlights include King Salmon & Latke pairing a crisp potato latke with rich salmon; Agnolotti stuffed with beef tongue with crème fraîche, chicken jus, Meyer lemon and chili crisp; Potato with Caviar—fingerling potatoes crowned with cultured cream and Kaluga caviar; Half Chicken served paprikash-style with duck fat potatoes and dill crème; Sablefish glazed in apple honey with parsnip, beurre blanc and trout roe; and 24-Hour Wagyu Brisket slow-cooked and finished with bone marrow jus, eggplant and sunchoke.

The dessert program, by acclaimed pastry chef Miloš Babić, features dishes such as Honey & Olive Oil Cake with halva (Mediterranean fudge) and goat milk ice cream and Sufganiyot (deep fried Jewish doughnut) filled with rose jam and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.

The bar program is led by internationally renowned Giuseppe González, known for inventing the Trinidad Sour, which is on the menu along with Benton’s Old Fashioned, Black Manhattan, Made in Cuba and Infante.

Hayworth will be open for dinner nightly and weekend brunch. For more info, visit hayworthlv.com.
