I (we) hereby petition and request the Nevada Legislature to vote on and approve a Death with Dignity/Final Wishes law.

Dying patients across Nevada must be granted this most personal and fundamental freedom to control their own end-of-life decisions.

After the diagnosis is confirmed and the patient is deemed to be mentally competent to make their own health care decision, only they can voluntarily request a prescription to end their life peacefully, on their terms, surrounded by their loves ones, by self-administering the medication.

The time has come for Nevada to give dying and suffering patients the right to control their own deaths.
