In Part 1 of this two-part Faith Matters series, Rabbi Sanford Akselrad and Reverend Adrian Doll explore the message of hope shared across faiths and its connection to the American story.

Along the way, they dive into the history behind Fourth of July fireworks, reflect on the meaning of freedom, and discuss why the nation’s 250th anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate both our shared history and our shared humanity.

Be sure to listen in and watch out for Part 2 of this special conversation, where Rabbi Akselrad and Reverend Doll continue exploring faith, community, and the future of America.
