F1

Brad Pitt’s fans will see a performance exactly what it’s supposed to be – confident, seductive, sort of a romanticized masculine cool.

The cast includes Brad Pitt as Sony Hayes, Damson Idris as Joshua Pearce, Javier Bardem as Rueben, and Kerry Condo as Kate. Director Joseph Kosinski delivers the most realistic racing film yet.

There is breathtaking footage and viewers get the full white knuckle in the driver’s seat. The movie is griping race action, full throttle excitement.

A brief summery relates former F1 driver turned gambler, Brad Pitt, being pulled back into the racing world when an old friend and team owner, Rueben, reaches out with a request. His proposal?

Pitt should come out of retirement to mentor rookie Joshua, for the Apex Grand Prix Team. The movie follows the traveling circus to the last nine races of the 2024 season starting with the British Grand Prix.

Both Pitt and Idris endured intense training driving race cars at 200 mph on Grand Prix courses around the world with cameras set inside the cars so viewers could see the driver’s point of view. This exciting motion picture deserves to be seen on the biggest screen possible.

Pitt’s laid back magnetism and effortless charisma, however, produce little romance in the film – just a few kisses. This is a fantastic PG 13 summer movie although too intense for children under 13 due to crashes, fire and language, but fun in the theater!

Pitt gets a 5 star rating and the film awarded 4 out of 5 stars. I consider “F1” a  MUST SEE experience!
