Bleeding Heart Jews

Here we are – protests, hatred, screaming, preventing Jewish students from peaceful attendance at their university and among all the flag waving and proclamations are Jews. It is embarrassing, shameful and hurtful.

I have my own opinion as to why there are Jews beating their chests, the famous and not so famous alike. Jews do not want to stand for anyone being mistreated.

That’s reasonable to understand since Jews have been the recipients of persecution for thousands of years. So, when they find themselves in a place where they feel safe and free, they are automatically in protection mode for those they deem less fortunate.

It is an obligation of the oppressed to help those that are persecuted, or so many Jews believe.  This is nothing new.

American Jews, in large numbers, marched on Washington in the 1960s alongside their black brethren. Jews were proud to see Rabbis arm-in-arm with their black neighbors because Jews knew it was the right thing to help.

Approximately 25% of the Freedom Riders were Jewish.  A Jew was among the original founders of the NAACP.

The difference in my mind, of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with a friendly neighbor and an enemy that calls for your extermination is light years apart. It’s time to stop our hearts from bleeding for their expulsion from our country.

How foolish these Jews appear to me, screaming in favor of releasing Mahmoud Khalil. Honestly, I can’t help but wonder if, in fact, they are really Jews.

Then again, shamefully, there were Jews who turned in their neighbors during the Holocaust.  Perhaps they think they get an automatic pass to heaven and are somehow cleansed of any transgressions because they are speaking out on behalf of those they deem to be oppressed.

They are apparently willing to let those that call for their very demise, for the burning of babies and raping teenage girls go free to carry on.

I find it repulsive and an embarrassment that these folks call themselves Jews. I have Gentile friends with more sense and ask me, how is this possible?

Only Jews would be so magnanimous towards their enemies to try to help them continue their savagery against us.

Yes, my heart bleeds, but not for my enemies. But rather for the victims, for their families, for the Jewish students fearful of attending classes, their parents concerned for their children’s safety, for the Israelis trying to cope waiting for the return of the hostages, alive or dead, and for a baby that never had a first birthday.
